Get Ready for "Dancing Through the Decades" with Vitality in Motion
Step into our time machine as we dance our way through hits of the 20‘s, 30‘s, & 40‘s through today! Each decade carried with it different styles and steps and we‘re capturing the essence of each with this fun exercise class.
This chair dance class will keep you dancing (and singing) along to some of the greatest hits of all time.
Each combination uses top hits from each era with easy to learn dance moves that target specific muscle groups.
The brain and body must work together to remember the "choreography" while working the muscles and moving to the rhythm of the beat.
This class can be done sitting or standing (or in a wheelchair) and is fully adaptable for a variety of fitness levels.
What: 1 hour class

When: Tuesdays from September 19 to October 10

Wednesday, December 6th, 10:00 am Join STL Village members and friends for Coffee Klatch at High Low, 3301 Washington. Come and enjoy a great cup of coffee and/or light breakfast in this interesting space for artistic expression.
We will also have an opportunity to tour the art gallery on-site. Plenty of metered parking is available on the street.

Friday, December 8th, 11:30 a.m. - Join us for a FUN DAY at Magic Mini-Golf, 6160 Delmar. Try your hand at mini-golf or shuffleboard or be adventurous and take a ride on the Ferris wheel. All of the activities are indoors. We will have lunch (on your own) at Blueberry Hill (6504 Delmar Blvd) following our Magic Mini-Golf adventure.

Caregiving is an act of love, kindness, and service that is often provided for a family member, or even a friend. No matter what the motivation, it can take a toll on the caregiver physically, emotionally, financially and in other ways. It‘s important for the caregiver to be intentional about self-care.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
The group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 12Noon until 1:30pm via Zoom.
This group is limited to 12 participants in order to support dialogue.

Wednesday, December 13th,11:00 a.m. - Tour of Contemporary Art Museum, 3501 Washington. Join us for a tour of Hajra Waheed‘s Exhibition of multidisciplinary practice that explores the legacies of colonial and state violence with a uniquely poetic approach and engagement with the world. A highlight of the exhibit is Hum, a video sound installation that features eight hummed sounds from South, Central, and West Asia, as well as Africa.
Admission is free and street parking is available.
