About this event
Caregiving is an act of love, kindness, and service that is often provided for a family member, or even a friend. No matter what the motivation, it can take a toll on the caregiver physically, emotionally, financially and in other ways. It's important for the caregiver to be intentional about self-care.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
The group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 12Noon until 1:30pm via Zoom.
This group is limited to 12 participants in order to support dialogue.
